This hotel was excellent base for exploring Minneapolis, greatly enjoyed it. Price of our room was US$ 228. What's more, free Wi Fi was good.

Comfortable bed and perfect location. Positioned 12 miles from the airport. Within a walking distance of Bank Restaurant, where you can have lunch. We got king room and loved it. It had good swimming pool too...

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definately a great place to stay though. the rooms were immaculate, trendy and extremely comfortable.
we got a room that was supposed to have a view, but were only able to see the rooftop of the building beside.

The Location was wonderful and it truly is a beautiful building.
Truly a business hotel...had others in the area (4 star hotels) had as good of a rate we would have chosen them due to the comfort level. The rate was deceiving as Valet was the only option for parking therefore other hotels in the area would have been equally as reasonable for the weekend we chose. I would give the Westin a good review but would recommend others in the area above it

The check-in is in the middle of a restaraunt (feels informal / no privacy). The room was not cleaned when we entered it (half eaten food on desk, sheets on floor, etc). The room we were moved to was supposed to have King bed, which was smaller than our my Queen bed at home. What happened to the Heavenly Bed? Nope. Doors slam VERY loud. Makes sleeping a challenge. Finally, parking is a NIGHTMARE!.
